Not the best of pictures but it was quite dark in the restaurant when this picture was taken. Quite a delicious nose of citrus, green apple with nicely integrated oak flavours and hint of wet stone. Very concentrated taste with a lovely acidity and a refreshing and quite fruity aftertaste that lingers on for a very long time. A beautiful balanced wine that goes well with most white meat, white fish and cheese. But as many white Burgundies it is also perfect for meditation purposes. Drink now and over next 10 years.
