Wine from Loire (Muscadet) by Domaine l'Ecu based on the white grape called Melon de Bourgogne.
Again completely biodynamic winemaking which this domaine has been doing since 1998.
The wine requires 4-5 hours decanting but who has got time for that? Opened it yesterday and had a few glasses then and the rest today (better today…).
Medium yellow green color.
Great minerality on the nose with some citrus fruit, white flowers and a bit of grapefruit.
The taste is bone dry with a perfect balanced acidity. Crying out for seafood.
A great wine!
