This is wine exploration. We are in a small area north of Marseille called St Remy de Provence, but it does not belong to any specific appellation and is thus a "Vin de France".
Henri Milan has been producing biodynamic wines since 1997
which means for example that no sulphur has been added to the wine.
100% merlot gives a medium red color and the wine is not totally clear as well (cloudy).
On the nose lots of red fruit like strawberry, but also a bit of plum and a bit jammy.
The taste has a great balance and is ever so smooth, nearly too kind if you see what you mean. Medium to light body.
Henri Milan "Le Jardin"2010
Vin de France

Only 2500 btls produced and best between 5-10 years old
