Meursault 2010 "En Dressolles"

Normally I find Meursault a bit too oaky and buttery some times, but not this one.

Great smell of lime with some butter flavours but most importantly a wonderful acidity and minerality.

This an elegant and "slim" Meursault which is perfect with seafood and white fish.
