Hubert Lamy is one of my favourites as he makes wonderful white Burgundies and especially from Saint Aubin.
The wine is a full-bodied dry white, perfect for fat white fish like the monkfish. Lots of limy flavors with a bit of a spicy nose.
Long balanced taste, very fruity and a bit "fat" taste.
