Champagne by Henriot 1998

Wonderful evening today with 25 odd degrees and no wind. Found a bottle of Henriot Brut 1998 that we had forgotten all about. It was just lovely with apple, wet wool, toast on the nose. Long fruity elegant taste. Yam yam need to get more cause this is great stuff! 50/50 pinot Noir and Chardonnay. Champagne Henriot, Maison familiale à Reims depuis 1808
